Precautions For Use

This chisel is designed for pneumatic breakers, used for breaking concrete, rock, asphalt, and demolition work. Before use, inspect the shank and tip for cracks, deformation, or excessive wear. Install it firmly into the breaker and ensure it locks securely. Hold the tool steadily and keep the chisel vertical to the working surface. Apply moderate forward pressure and avoid prying or levering with the chisel. Do not run continuously in one spot for too long to prevent overheating and premature damage. Never operate without contact material (empty striking). Wear safety goggles, gloves, and protective footwear during use. After operation, clean the chisel, check for damage, and store it in a dry, ventilated area. Replace worn or damaged chisels promptly to ensure safe and efficient operation.
 
For safe and efficient operation of the moil point chisel (used with pneumatic breakers for breaking concrete, rock, asphalt and demolition), please strictly follow the following notes:
 
1,Pre-use Inspection: Check the chisel’s shank and tip thoroughly for cracks, deformation, or excessive wear. Do not use damaged products, as they may break during operation and cause safety hazards.
2,Correct Installation: Insert the chisel firmly into the breaker’s chuck, ensure it is locked securely. Loose installation will lead to vibration, damage the tool and affect work efficiency.
 
3,Standard Operation: Hold the breaker steadily, keep the chisel vertical to the working surface. Apply moderate forward pressure, avoid prying, levering or slanting use. Never run empty striking (without contact with materials), which will severely damage the chisel and breaker.
 
4,Overheating Prevention: Do not work continuously in the same position for more than 5 minutes. Pause periodically to cool the chisel, avoiding premature wear due to overheating.
 
5,Safety Protection: Wear professional protective equipment (safety goggles, anti-slip gloves, protective footwear) during operation to prevent debris from hurting people.
 
6,Post-use Maintenance: Clean the chisel with a dry cloth after use, check for hidden damage, and store it in a dry, ventilated place. Replace worn or damaged chisels in time to ensure operational safety.
